   ZEC carries out the following initiative:

• Pallet recycling/re-use
• Wire/copper recycling/re-use
• Lamp recycling (through a registered take back the light distributor)
• Cardboard, paper, plastic, glass and can recycling
• Ink Cartridges & cell phones recycling thru MIRA Foundation - This project will assure the protection of the environment as well as bring in some funds for the visually and physically challenged persons who need the help of the MIRA Foundation, which is our most important goal.
• Batteries (from flashlights, cordless drills etc..)
• Metal and aluminium recycling
• Electronic Recycling (OES Ontario Electronic Stewardship)
