Project Name: The Ottawa Hospital: General Campus

Description: Four hundred sixty seven thousand (467,000) square foot new construction plus renovation critical care expansion. This $12 million expansion of the Ottawa Hospital- General Campus saw: the additions of 17 new operating rooms, 32 new ICU.s , and the entire infrastructure required to run a world class facility

Description: Renovation of four key areas of the hospital: Early Works 4SE, 6SE Rehabilitation, Medical Day Care Unit, and Minor Procedures - Level 1.

Project Name: Civic MRI Addition & Renovation

Type of Project: Addiction and Renovation
Location:   501 Smyth Road

Description: This project consisted of the addition of an MRI at the Civic Campus, which involved modifications to existing MCCs, switchboards, distribution panels as well as the provision of new electrical distribution and lighting panels, transformers, automatic transfer switches as well as the installation of over 140 light fixtures (exits, EBUs, fluorescent lights, pot lights.). New fire alarm devices (40 initiating / 15 signaling) were provided and added to the existing fire alarm system as well as the supply and installation of a new intercom system. Approximate square footage of area of work: 9,000 sq ft.

 

Project Name: St-Vincent Hospital Ph1, II & III

Type of Project: Hospital Renovation & Addition
Location:   60 Cambridge Street

Description: This is a multi-phase construction project within a fully functioning hospital setting. At all times all system must be maintained and functional, while renovation one wing of the hospital at a time. This was accomplished without interruption. This renovation involved keeping the legacy system running, while installing the new system.
