Description: Complete fit-up for Hewlett-Packard over 2 floors. Including Bus Duct Distribution System, upgraded distribution, fire alarm system & lighting/controls. Fit-up was completed under tight schedule and on time.

Project Name: Agriculture Canada Towers 1 - 7

Location:  Baseline and Merivale Roads

Description: Renovation of seven office towers. Work included: multi-office fit-up, upgrading of the fire alarm systems, new emergency and normal power distribution systems for an innovative data center.

Project Name: TD Waterhouse Call Centre

Description: A comprehensive renovation of a 42,500 square foot facility.s power systems. This included: the installation of a new switch board, new power distribution system, uninterrupted power source, transfer switches and cabling for 350 call center workstations.

Project Name: Rideau Hall Heritage Rehabilitation

Description:: Design-build of the rehabilitation of existing stables at Rideau Hall to office space. This included the installation of new underground electrical services, and the complete rewiring of existing structure.

Description: Complete installation of new fire alarm and security systems for the airports newly constructed AEP passenger terminal building.

Project Name: Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica

Description: Modern electrical systems upgrade of heritage building with an sensitive interior environment. The basilica's high end finishes were to remain in place during the project. The buildings facilities also had to remain operational. Work completed included: fire alarm installation, power distribution, display style lighting and complete retrofit of the offices.

Description: Comprehensive renovation of a 22 story office tower, while the building is to remain occupied. Work included: office retro-fit, installation of display lighting. Phased construction was performed on the fire alarm and other life safety systems. Multiple shutdowns of the buildings electrical systems were require, while the facilities were to remain operational.
